Terms of Service

Welcome to ChatVideo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Flaxbin Digital ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the ChatVideo app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading, or using ChatVideo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1About the Service

ChatVideo lets users see, hear, and exchange messages with people around the world through live video streaming, voice notes, and text chat. Video, audio, messages, and other content on the Service are created by individual users who are not affiliated with us. We do not continuously monitor or supervise all activity, so please use your own judgment and caution when interacting with people you do not know. Use the Service at your own discretion.

2Your Account

• You create an account using a phone number and verification code. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Do not share your account access with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not access, or attempt to access, any account that is not your own.
• If you do not use the Service for more than a prolonged period, your account may be removed.

3Acceptable Use

When using ChatVideo, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity.
• Harm, threaten, harass, or intimidate other users, or threaten damage to anyone's property.
• Transmit sexually explicit, offensive, or abusive video, images, links, or messages.
• Record another user's video or audio without their explicit consent, or redistribute it.
• Impersonate a ChatVideo or Flaxbin Digital employee. We will never ask for your password or payment details.
• Send spam — unsolicited, repetitive messages, or profiles created to drive traffic elsewhere without our written consent.
• Collect or share other people's personal information without their knowledge and permission.
• Commit fraud or any deceptive activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, network, or the Service.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use third-party software or bots to connect to or automate the Service.

4Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, or attempts to groom a minor is strictly prohibited and illegal. We remove such content, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve evidence, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

5User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share. By posting or transmitting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6Intellectual Property & Copyright

You may not transmit content that infringes the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on ChatVideo infringes your rights, please contact us with details at admin@chatvideo.app so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it.

7Purchases & Virtual Items

• ChatVideo is free to download. Some features, virtual currency, and virtual items are available as in-app purchases.
• Purchases are processed by the applicable app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under their terms.
• Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Except where required by law or app-store policy, purchases are non-refundable. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any unused virtual currency or items are forfeited and no refund is owed.

8Suspension & Termination

Any user who breaches these Terms may have their account suspended or revoked without notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, for any reason, at any time. We may cooperate with legal authorities and with victims in the event of an investigation into criminal activity. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy).

9Disputes Between Users

How you choose to interact with other users is your sole responsibility. We are not obligated to monitor or mediate disputes between you and other users, and we are not responsible for the actions of any other person or entity on the Service.

10Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Not everyone is who they claim to be online — use the Service at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flaxbin Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or from the conduct of other users. We have taken measures to limit inappropriate content; these can be supplemented by parental-control software where relevant.

11Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to delete your data.

12Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Flaxbin Digital regarding the Service and supersede any prior oral or written agreements. By accessing ChatVideo, you accept these Terms.
