This Privacy Policy explains how Flaxbin Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the ChatVideo mobile application (the "App" or "Service"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to operate and improve the Service:

How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate live chat, video, direct messaging, and lobby features.
- To authenticate you via phone OTP and keep your account secure.
- To process virtual currency, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
- To moderate content, enforce our terms, and detect fraud, abuse, or harmful behavior.
- To display advertising and measure its performance.
- To analyze usage, diagnose crashes, and improve the App.
- To communicate with you about updates, security, and support.
Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Google Play Billing (purchases)
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- With other users: your username, profile photo, and any content you broadcast or send are visible to users you interact with.
- With service providers: vendors who host, analyze, or support the Service, bound by confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the public.
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Chat and direct messages are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and for safety/moderation purposes. Log and diagnostic data is typically retained for a limited period. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can access, update, or delete your information at any time. Depending on your region, you may have rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent.
How to delete your account and data
- In the app: open ChatVideo and go to Settings → Contact Support → Delete Account, then submit the request.
- By email (no app required): email admin@chatvideo.app from any address with the subject “Delete my account,” including the phone number associated with your account.
What is deleted
We permanently delete your profile and the personal data linked to your account: display name, profile photo, date of birth, phone number (stored only as a one-way hash), status, stories, public chat messages, direct messages, voice notes, uploaded images, and your follow/like relationships.
What may be retained
We may retain a limited set of records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial-compliance reasons — for example purchase/transaction records and moderation logs — for the period required by law, after which they are deleted. These are not used to re-identify you in the app.
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. On deletion you lose access to your account and any unused virtual items (e.g., coins), which are non-refundable.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may contain links to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
