We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Chat and direct messages are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and for safety/moderation purposes. Log and diagnostic data is typically retained for a limited period. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
Your Rights & Account Deletion
You can access, update, or delete your information at any time. You may delete your account directly in the App via Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by requesting deletion by email (see Contact). Depending on your region, you may have rights under the GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to withdraw consent.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to and is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
