Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

ChatVideo ("we", "us", "our"), developed by Flaxbin Digital, is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform for all users. This page sets out our standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), in line with applicable child-safety laws and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy.

Zero-Tolerance Commitment

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE. The following are strictly prohibited on ChatVideo:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): any image, video, or content that depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Grooming: any attempt to engage, manipulate, or lure a minor into inappropriate or exploitative activity.
• Trafficking: any form of child trafficking, solicitation, or exploitation.
• Promotion or normalization: content that advocates, sexualizes, or normalizes CSAE in any form.

Compliance With Child Safety Laws

We comply with all applicable child-safety and child-protection laws in the regions where ChatVideo is available. We report confirmed or suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to relevant local authorities, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations as required by law.

Prevention & Detection

• Automated scanning to detect and block known CSAM.
• Human content moderation and review of reported material.
• Strict 18+ age gating at sign-up.
• In-app tools that let any user report abusive content, accounts, or behavior.
• Ongoing collaboration with child-safety organizations and law enforcement.

Reporting & In-App Tools

Every user can report content, users, or live sessions directly within the App via the Report option available on profiles, chats, and live streams. Reports concerning potential child safety violations are prioritized and reviewed promptly.

Enforcement Actions

• Immediate removal of CSAE-related content.
• Permanent ban of any account involved in CSAE.
• Preservation of relevant evidence and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement.
